Refund Policy

When you can get a refund

These orders can be fully refunded if they were only lightly used:

• Pro monthly plan: within 7 days of the charge.
• Pro yearly plan: within 7 days of the charge. We do not refund unused months.
• 1-Day Pass: within 24 hours of purchase, and only if you have not made any paid conversion.
• Auto-renewals: within 7 days of the renewal charge, and only if you have not used that period.

Also refunded after we confirm

These cases are fully refunded after we confirm them. The 7-day limit does not apply:

• Duplicate charges.
• You paid, but the paid feature did not work, and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
• Unauthorized payments.

Not refundable

• Lifetime and team Lifetime. Buying these plans issues a desktop license for permanent activation on your computer. The benefit is delivered when you pay.
• A 1-Day Pass you already used, or any order that has gone past the light-use standard.
• Coupons, discounts, or price differences.
• An order you have already disputed with your bank. If you already opened a bank dispute, do not also submit a refund request here.

What light use means

We look at that one order. It counts as light use only if both are true:

• You used less than 10% of the paid credits from that order.
• You made no more than 2 paid conversions, including editable exports.

How to apply

Open the contact form, write that you want a refund and the reason, then submit.

How long it takes

We reply within 1 business day. Eligible requests are refunded within 2 business days.

The money goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

We will check the order first, then process the refund.

After a refund

After a full refund, remaining paid benefits from that order are removed. If there is a subscription, it is also cancelled. The account returns to free usage.

Files you already exported are not taken back. Paid features from that order can no longer be used.
