Our privacy promise

When you use Local Processing or Desktop Offline Mode, we do not upload, view, or store your original video, image, presentation, or document files on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or use locally processed source files for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

Local Processing and Desktop Offline Mode

Core Video2PPT tools process files directly in your browser or on your computer. Your source file, extracted frames, edits, and exports remain under your control on your device.

After Desktop Offline Mode is set up, supported desktop features, including Image to Editable, can run on your computer without sending source images or documents to Video2PPT services.

Local results may remain in your browser or app storage until you delete them, clear site data, or remove the local files.

When content may leave your device

Most core conversion features do not require file upload. Some optional services, such as processing online links, creating public share links, or clearly labelled online features, may require the content or link you choose to submit to leave your device.

We identify the online nature of those features before you submit content. If you want to keep content entirely local, use Local Processing or Desktop Offline Mode and avoid optional online services.

Information we need to run the service

To provide accounts, orders, and customer support, we may process limited service information.

• Account and sign-in information, such as your email address and profile details.
• Order, subscription, and payment-status information. We do not directly store your full card number or payment credentials.
• Basic security, diagnostic, and service-use information needed to keep Video2PPT reliable and prevent abuse.
• Information you choose to send to us through support, feedback, or contact forms.

How we use and share information

We use necessary information to provide and maintain Video2PPT, manage accounts and payments, answer support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

We share only the information needed to operate the service with trusted providers that support functions such as payments, email, customer support, and core service infrastructure. We do not make your source files or private content available to advertising partners.

If you create a public share link, the content you choose to share may be accessed or saved by anyone who receives that link. Do not use public sharing for sensitive or confidential material.

Cookies and privacy choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain essential functionality, remember preferences, and help protect the service. Your browser settings let you remove or block cookies, although doing so may affect some features.

Where applicable law provides additional choices for optional analytics or similar technologies, we honor those choices as required.

Retention and security

Files processed locally are not sent to or retained on our servers. Account, order, and support information are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

If you choose an online feature, we retain the related content only for the time reasonably needed to provide that feature or as otherwise disclosed to you. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and unsubscribe from marketing messages.

International use and children

Video2PPT and the providers that help us operate the service may process limited service information in countries other than yours. We use appropriate safeguards when required by applicable law.

Video2PPT is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we processed a child's personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or stop processing it.

We may update this policy as our product, services, or legal obligations change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
